Is this really a natural pageant?
Yes - No makeup, fake hair, fake teeth, etc. are allowed! A hair and makeup check is conducted before each
competition to ensure the rules are adhered to!
Which outfits can I wear Rhinestones on?
Refer to your planning guide! It breaks down every category as to what is allowed.
Will I get help as to how to prepare?
Every contestant receives a planning guide that walks you through all areas of pageant weekend. This is sent when
we receive your $100 deposit
My child is 3 years old, can I go on stage with him/her?
Up through age 5 every contestant can have an adult go on stage or in interview with them. These are new skills for
our little ones and we want it to be a positive experience!
Are enhanced photos allowed?
NO! This is a natural pageant - no makeup under the age of 12 - not even lip gloss. Photos are judged in interview
and will be compared against contestant to ensure legitimacy of photograph.
Photogenic - does it have to be a head shot?
Headshots are not required, but always suggested.
What is the National Cover Miss competition?
This is an open national photogenic contest. Enter all year - unlimited entries Only $10 each - Deadline June 10.
Do you have to do a preliminary or state pageant to compete?
No ! All events are open to everyone !! No prior title or competitions are required to compete in any ACM pageant.
Do siblings get a discount?
Yes !! - Varies based on which pageant you choose - see application !
What categories can we step out of the box in?
All optionals - all required categories have box requirements
Can jackets worn be taken off during walk?
You can take the jacket off during casual wear, can be put on shoulder or carried. No pro am swinging of jacket can
be done.
